Abstract :
This paper, based on the Ownership Preference of family business, analyzes the driving force factors of innovation management and the factors show how to break the Ownership Preference of family business. In order to reflect the dialectical relationship between the development of family business and enterprise innovation more clearly, this paper constructs an innovation logic model which includes the Ownership Preference of family business, family enterprise development, family business innovation-driven force and the innovation of family business management.
