Abstract
This paper presents a closely coupled half-width leaky-wave antenna array. Comparing to single half-width leaky wave antenna, the closely coupled antenna array shows gain variations versus frequency. The power ratios of both EH1 even- and odd-mode, excited by asymmetric feeding structure, versus frequency in the coupled half-width lines are analyzed by generalized scattering matrix (GSM). Through the GSM, the portions of EH1 even- and odd-mode in high gain region and gain variation region are discussed.
