Abstract
Based on the method of DEA, this paper analyzes the innovative performance of regional innovation systems in central China, which is expected to provide a certain thought and guidance for the implementation of central China rising strategy of our country. Unlike past studies, several DEA models are applied simultaneously in this study. Moreover, the data of four years rather than one year are collected to increase information amount. Input and output variables are more carefully selected again. Some preconditions for the application of DEA approach are also considered, such as isotonicity hypothesis.
