Abstract
In informational war, information has become the dominant factor of battlefield. It is the key of winning a battle obtaining information superiority. To meet the characteristic of near space information system, fix an information superiority evaluation method by using the contrast of perceptive situational quality. The measurement of information superiority is presented with three guidelines, which are completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. A quantificational method to describe the information superiority of near space information system is proposed, and the quantificational relationship between information superiority and information dominance is showed. All of the studies are basic to establish the evaluation model of information superiority and simulate the systematic countermine.
