Abstract :
This paper probed into the authentic leadership development and its relationship with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) behaviors. Three models clarified the antecedents, moderators and mediators of authentic leadership to CSR behaviors respectively. The relationship between the moral psychological capital and authentic leadership was analyzed in model 1. The moderating effect of legal constraints between the authentic leadership and CSR behaviors was discussed in model 2. The mediating effect of organizational values between authentic leadership and CSR behaviors was discussed in model 3.
