Abstract :
The low pressure discharge law for coaxial filter based on gas discharge is presented in this paper. The law is demonstrated by classical theory. In order to validate the law, the 3-pole filters were designed, fabricated, and experimented. The practical measured data is presented showing good agreement with the analytical results.
