Abstract
On the basis of the rationality of indicators and availability of data, we design a performance evaluating indicator system of state-owned enterprises. Under the guideline of fuzzy mathematics, we use Delphi method and entropy weight method to determine the weights of the indicators and establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model for the performance assessment of state-owned enterprises. To illustrate the model, we evaluate the performance of four enterprises in the area of real estate and project management of Luhua Energy Group. The result of the study is to provide an idea for operators and managers to acquire and improve the situation of the enterprises.
