Abstract :
As an emerging technology which is used to solve the problem of distributed resource sharing in Internet, cloud computing has received extensive attention in recent years. Public cloud is an access mode based on standard cloud computing and is also a key research field in IT industry recently. In the public cloud, service provider creates resources such as application and storage, etc. and the public can get access to these resources through networks. It is a subject of great importance that how operation and maintenance system of cloud service enables public cloud to maximize effectiveness, guarantee high-quality and high-reliability experience for users at the stage of enterprise operation. The paper proposes an peration and maintenance system for public cloud, including the architecture, the organization structure and the personnel input of cloud service operation and maintenance. And a complete operation and maintenance system is described in detail from several aspects such as the process, operation and maintenance tools and evaluation system.
