  • Abstract
    A new Doppler frequency estimation algorithm for multi-carrier systems is proposed. In the proposed algorithm, a impulse response is estimated at first. Next, a path whose energy is highest of all paths of the impulse response is selected, and it is called a maximum response. Since the maximum response includes Rayleigh wave, a time correlation of the maximum response is used to estimate the Doppler frequency. The proposed algorithm shows good performance in low CNR
