Abstract :
Development of suburban rural infrastructure plays an important role in the economic development of the suburb and its economic integration with the city. Based on expounding the connotation and properties of the suburban rural infrastructure, this paper analyzes the whole process of construction of it and by taking it as a clue it makes clear the responsibility of government in the construction and management. Then, it standardizes the functions of the government in strengthening of planning and decision-making, increasing large investment, serving as mobilizing and guide, innovation in terms of supervision and management. It will be a reference to improve the level of infrastructure, and promote the suburban economic development.
