  • Abstract
    In this paper we present an architecture based on 4-layer MVC model and a use of a P2P middleware to build a community portal to digital cities. This portal supports a community interconnection of the various segments of society. It is established in a middleware to P2P networks, and based on a 4-layer MVC model, the typical MVC (model, view, and controller).
