Abstract :
A measuring arrangement based on digital compensators is described which can be used to determine the complex division factor D_ of inductive voltage dividers (IVD) at extremely low frequencies. The error of division at 1 Hz, related to the division factor D_ at 32 Hz was evaluated as 18.7 ppm/spl plusmn/3.3 ppm (1/spl sigma/) in magnitude and -4.5 m/spl deg//spl plusmn/0.42 m/spl deg/(1/spl sigma/) in phase for an IVD selected as an example.<>
