Abstract

This study applies Visual basic 6.0 object-oriented programming thoughts to design and develop water resources proof decision support system for construction projects. According to design of users, Human-Computer Interface, sub-system of database and sub-system of model base, it fulfills informationized management to groundwater, surface water, and abstraction and return waters of construction projects. It provides necessary data information for decision-makers.
