  • Abstract
An assessment indictor system for estuary wetland health is established in this paper, based on the Pressure - state - response framework, which can denote the relationships between the pressure and the wetland healthy state. Then with the weight of each indicator decided by analytic hierarchy process, a fuzzy pattern recognition model is employed to evaluate the wetland health. Furthermore, according to the choice principles and five-grade assessment standard, ten indicators are chosen to evaluate the states of three wetlands in Yangtze River Estuary. The assessment results prove that this method is feasible.
