Abstract :
This work presents a low-cost antenna design in standard PCB technology that can be integrated with a 60 GHz front end. The solution can be manufactured at potentially lower costs than previously reported designs and meets the cost requirements of the consumer market. Measured prototypes show good agreement with simulations and indicate a potentially good yield in mass production.
