Abstract :
A new approach to the synthesis problem of optimal feedback controls is proposed. An algorithm of operating optimal controllers able to calculate values of optimal feedbacks during each particular control process in real time is described. Under incomplete and inexact information, a problem of optimal observation is introduced. An algorithm of operating an optimal estimator constructing estimates of available information for the optimal output controller is described
