Abstract :
The paper concerns a problem of robust H control for uncertain systems with time-varying state-delay. A delay-dependent robust H controller is presented in terms of matrix inequalities. An algorithm involving convex optimization is proposed to find a suboptimal maximal delay such that the closed-loop system with the designed controller is asymptotically stable and guarantees the H norm bound for all admissible uncertainties. Numerical examples are presented to show that the proposed results are less conservative than the existing results
