The Sustainable Growth of Enterprise´s Core Intellective Talents and Its Countermeasure - In Terms of Environment Supply

As knowledge becomes the key resource in modern enterprises, the core intellective talents represent the source of enterprises´ core competitiveness. In this paper, the author tries to explain what leads to the deficiency of core intellective talent from the perspective of environmental supply, and proposes that we should create a favorable institutional and cultural environment as well as a system for nurturing and growth to realize a sustainable growth of the talent through setting up a general theory.
