Abstract
The inconsistent views about the effect of organizational slack (slack resource) on firm growth performance appeal to us explore the relationship by more powerful theoretic. Based on organizational slack theory and organizational legitimacy theory, this paper examines the internal mechanism and path through which organizational slack affects firm growth performance. Through the mediator variable of organizational legitimacy, this study attempts to open the black box of how organizational slack affects pe performance. rformance. Meanwhile, a case discussed contributes to comprehend the key model of this research.
