Management System Construction for Enterprise Logistics Outsourcing Based on Risk Aversion

According to analyze the whole process of logistics outsourcing, identify the potential risks in every phase for logistics outsourcing including the decision-making phase, the implementation phase and the termination phase. On this basis, a logistics outsourcing management system was constructed with a view to risk aversion. The system put the outsourcing object at the core, include four blocks which are decision-making management, supplier management, enterprise internal management, control and feedback mechanisms.
