Abstract :
Main leading corrections with recoil logarithm log(M/m) and low-energy logarithm log(Z/spl alpha/) to the Muonium hyperfine splitting are discussed. Logarithmic corrections have magnitudes of 0.1/spl divide/0.3 kHz. Non-leading higher order corrections are expected to be not larger than 0.1 kHz. Leading logarithmic correction to the Hydrogen Lamb shift is also obtained.<>
