Abstract :
The problem considered is the joint estimation of state and some parameters for a class of truly nonlinear systems. The proposed method is constructive and guarantees global convergence. It has been inspired by the technique of high gain observer and by a recent result on linear adaptive observer. A numerical example is presented for illustration
