Abstract :
With the increasing complexity of the project, how to coordinate the interests of project stakeholders has become a practical problem urgent to be solved, fair and reasonable interests coordination mechanism plays an important role for the success of the project. Therefore, the project´s risk-sharing and benefit distribution among stakeholders is studied in this article, and we hope it could provide some practical reference for project management.
