Abstract
In this paper, a hybrid technique for combining the method of moments (MOM) with the geometrical theory of diffraction (GTD) is applied to analyze and compute the electric parameters of wire antennas placed in the communication base stations when considering the influence of the reflection of ground plane and the diffraction of surrounding objects. By means of this technique, an example is computed and the results are presented
