Abstract :
This text studies the interaction between the urban organic renewal and the real estate market in Hangzhou. It discusses the organic renewal promotion effect to the real estate market as well as the real estate market funding guarantee for organic update by analyzing the factors such as land optimal allocation, urban context excavation, major construction projects and land transfer payments feed. It is found that organic renewal promoted the value of land upgrading. Organic renewal promoted the increased real estate demand in Hangzhou as well. Hangzhou huge amount of land transfer receipts provided organic update important financial protection and financing channels. It is showed that organic update and real estate market exists promoting each other, protecting each other interactive effect relationship.
