Abstract :
The design indexes and signal processing algorithm of multifocal electroretinal signal recording system are studied. Based on documents of International Society for Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision, design indexes of the system are proposed. Combining system identification theories and modern digital signal processing techniques, pretreatment and waveform extracting algorithms of multifocal electroretinal signal are discussed. With multifocal electroretinal signal data from clinic, the algorithms are programmed and simulated under environments of MatLab and Visual C++, and the results show that the algorithms are effective and clinically feasible.
