  • Abstract
    A method is presented for determining the complex permittivity of materials using an open-ended coaxial probe. A two-dimensional second-order rational polynomial function is used to construct the aperture admittance. The inverse problem of determining permittivity reduces to the solution of a quadratic equation.<>
