Abstract :
For precision quantized Hall resistance measurements quantum Hall effect samples have to be checked according to the CCE-guidelines. To perform these checks an automated measuring system is described, which is able to examine and characterize various samples. With these measurements a calibration of a precision 10 k/spl Omega/ resistance standard is obtained with an uncertainty of better than 5/spl middot/10/sup -8/ (1 /spl sigma/) using a long-scale digital multimeter.<>
