Abstract :
On the base of designing the index system of evaluating competence, this paper empirically investigates the five dominating express enterprises of China with the data of survey, including EMS, Shunfeng, Shentong, Zhaijisong and Tiantian, in the approach of information entropy and gray relevant analysis. The influencing factors of competence are analyzed deeply, and hereby some suggestions to promote competence are offered.
