Research on the Evaluation of the Administrative Capacity of City Public Crisis

Based on the review of correlative literatures at home and abroad, this article brings forward the rules of designing evaluation index system of the administrative capacity of city public crisis, which include comparability, the nature of dominancy, flexibility and expansibility, combination of quantification and qualitation, target guide, dynamics and the nature of integration. Besides, 36 specific indexes are designed to evaluate the administrative capacity of city public crisis and an evaluation model of the coefficient of entropy weight is constructed. Then the evaluation of the administrative capacity of city public crisis is carried out.
