Abstract
This paper is concerned with the problem of robust stability and performance analysis for parameter-dependent systems. By jointly using parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions, parameter-dependent multipliers and parameter-independent multipliers, new conditions for the robust stability are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). It has been shown that the resulting robust stability criteria is no more conservative than those obtained in existing approaches. The results are also extended to robust H2 performance analysis.
