Abstract
The Phase/Amplitude shift keying modulator using digital oscillator is presented in this work. The proposed method comprises of digital line coder, digital differentiator and digital oscillator. The line coding signal is transformed into impulse signal to excite the oscillator to generate the desired PSK or ASK signal. The advantages of this technique are simple, high accuracy and robust to noise. It is robust to noise because all components are digital implementation.
