Abstract :
In these years, logistics real estate has become the new point of profit growth in logistics enterprises. As the carrier of logistics activities, it plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of logistics operations, reducing logistics costs and improving logistics enterprise´s core competitiveness. In this paper, we provide some suggestions for the business model of logistics real estate in China, by analyzing its several common business model.
