Abstract
With the development of mobile phones, users have started to use them to watch TV. Now mobile TV has become a buzzword in China. However, there are few systematic and empirical researches in this field. This paper focuses on the implementation and application of mobile TV in China. Through theoretical analysis and market survey, this paper finds that mobile TV has the potential to become a prospective fifth medium after newspaper, radio, television and the Internet. Meanwhile, this paper points out the barriers and accordingly makes solutions to the implementation of mobile TV in China.
