Abstract
At present, more and more enterprises gradually realize that the employee is valuable wealth. It is important to improve employee´s satisfaction for human resources investment and value-added human resources. Based on the satisfaction research of salesman in department and analysis, summarize some common problems in terms of counter sellers satisfaction at present. Put forward the corresponding solution for these issues.
