Abstract :
Aiming at the development bottleneck of third-party payment and chain industry, this paper raised a B3C e-business model for chain industry in which third-party payment plays an important role. The author took focus on improving the traditional B2C model and strengthening the function of third-party payment enterprises in supply chain, that is to say, third-party payment enterprises participate in systems of commodity marketing, electronic payment and settlement, chain stores management, and so on. The paper introduced this solution of e-business for chain industry from four aspects: network sale, Internet payment and settlement, chain stores evaluation and management, joint cyber-marketing.
