Abstract :
In this paper, the cumulative distributions of rainfall rate for 4 sites in Brazil are fitted with a mixture of 2 Weibull distributions, in an attempt to account for the joint contributions of stratiform and convective rainfall. Results, which will be presented and discussed - were considered to be very good.
