Abstract :
In the comprehensive evaluation of competencies to introduce rough set theory, using the theory to fully tap the link between the known data to determine the weight of evaluation index data, to avoid the subjectivity caused by human intervention. Experiments show that the use of rough set theory in the evaluation, with satisfactory results.
