Abstract
The paper is devoted to the use of nonlinear boundary conditions (NBC) method of analysing microwave devices with the distributed nonlinearity. There are two approaches considered to the formulation of nonlinear integral equations (NIE) for the distribution of the surface current density on elements of these devices. One of them is based on description of NBC in the space-time domain, another- on description of these conditions in the space-frequency domain. A procedure of numerical solution of NIE with the method of moments is set forth. Some results of modelling a nonlinear operating regime of two devices with the distributed nonlinearity stipulated by superconductive properties of material used in these devices are presented.
