Abstract :
This paper describes analyzing of conical antenna as an ultra-wideband structure using finite difference time domain. This paper performs finite difference time domain simulation of conical antenna with continues wave (CW) and UWB pulsed excitations. The simulation results for CW excitation are compared to simulation and measured results from published sources, the results for UWB excitation are new.
