  • Abstract
    Global development has shifted through three phases: the industrial age, the information age and now, it is in the age of rapid technology. In this 21st Century context, Asian nations need to innovate, and the key to doing so lies in nurturing their young learners through the shift to an Innovation-based model of learning. Introduced and explained through its two components, a mode of autonomy and a mode of hierarchy, this learning model has the potential for the sustenance and continuation of development in the international landscape in an environment of dynamism and flux.
