Abstract :
The retail chain faces new problems and challenges with the change of external market environment. This paper introduces real-time logistics into the operation of retail chain. To analyze the elements that influence the implementation of real-time logistics in retail chain, the paper constructs an ISM model and a decision-making hierarchy diagram. With the result of MICMAC analysis, the paper gives the key elements of management and intervention in the retail chain with real-time logistics.
