Abstract :
As the basis of many human resource management function in the hospitals, evaluation of the doctor´s value is very important. Rough Set theory is involved to evaluate the value of the doctor in this paper. The evaluation approach is expatiated with a case study. The result of the case study demonstrates that rough set method can be used in the evaluation of the doctor´s value.
