The thesis adopts the questionnaire investigation to make an empirical analysis of environmental value and execution from Shanghai Shenhua Bulb Factory. For the differentiation phenomenon between upper, middle and basic level of the enterprise, suggestions are put forward to enhance the environmental management cohesion of the upper level and improve the environmental responsibility execution of the middle level. The thesis is significant for enterprises, as far as environmental education is concerned.
