Abstract
A multi-sensors test-bench for SAR assessment is presented in this paper. The innovation lies on the possibility of immediate SAR measurement without any displacement and mechanical movement, in comparison with standard SAR test-bench with multi-axial robot. Calibration procedure then appears a quite critical due to the huge number of sensors considered (more than 600 sensors over a 230*230 mm2 area, at different vertical positioning. Two techniques are discussed, based upon reference dipole calibration and wideband rectangular horn antennas.
