Abstract
In this paper, we suggest novel LTE 1.7GHz-band MIMO antennas with size-reduced resonators. To provide the radiating resonator of the antenna with the zeroth order resonance(ZOR) as β = 0, we calculate the CRLH TX-line equivalent circuit and implement it with a suitable physical geometry which is about λg/30, and can make the multiple antenna structure effectively compact. Since two antennas are so small and the distance between them looks so large that the isolation greater than 10dB can be obtained. The performance and CRLH properties are verified by the circuit simulation, dispersion the diagram and the ZOR field and frequency responses by the 3D EM simulation. The gain and efficiency are shown as 1.2dBi and 59%.
