  • Abstract
    When emergency events break out, many enterprises in supply chain are forced to suspend their normal business, sometimes even go into bankruptcy. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a dynamic contingency plan for supply chain emergency management with high adaptability and self-adjustment. To ensure that the existing contingency plan for supply chain is able to reach ideal effects when handling emergencies, it is vital to make accurate assessment of the ability of contingency plans to handle emergencies. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical investigation, we construct evaluation indices of contingency plan for supply chain emergency management. Applying Analytic Hierarchy Process,we identify the weights of the indices, then using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model,we make overall assessment of contingency plan for emergency management in supply chain. In the end, the validity and practicability of the index system and the model have been verified through empirical research.
