The Research on Theoretical Model of Knowledge Spillover under the Triple Helix Model

Now the Triple Helix model has been the new paradigm of research on technological innovation. Previous research has shown that from a macro perspective, the knowledge transfer among University Industry Government is quite clear. But the social property of micro-actors has great effects on the knowledge transfer. Based on this, this article proposed three theoretical models of knowledge spillover: the Triple Helix model of knowledge spillover that does not consider the social property, the Triple Helix model of knowledge spillover that strengthens the social property, the Triple Helix model of knowledge spillover that has moderate social property. So we can measure the spillover of knowledge transfer.
