Strategy of Coordination and Differential Price of the Closed-Loop Supply Chain under the Optimal Channel for Recycling

The price strategy of closed-loop supply chain with product recycling between the manufacturer and retailer is studied under the optimal the channel for recycling. A model is established to find out the optimal reverse channel; the two price models are analyzed based on the optimal reverse channel to obtain the optimal pricing decisions and the optimal profit; a policy of sharing profit and coordination and differential pricing is presented. Under this coordination policy, the efficiency of decentralized closed-loop supply chain equals that of integrated closed-loop supply chain. Finally, the problem of recycling of waste camera is calculated.
