Abstract :
Through the establishment of Project Risk Management Group and the realization of dynamic risk management in the construction phase to build the project risk management system for construction phase in underground engineering of Urban Mass Transit ; The same time, Owner and the Construction Unit must do a good job in each risk management; And define the responsibilities and rights in underground engineering of Urban Mass Transit between the engineering parties involved in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the risk of construction.
